Location: Youngstown, OH

This 70,000 square foot facility extrudes PolyBostylene®, Flexible, Rigid, and recycled vinyl and other proprietary thermoplastic compounds. The facility also has warehouse capacity of 32,000 square feet. All Boston Retail impact protection products are manufacturered at this US facility. Products include: ecoSeries® Bumper, Corner Guards, Cove Base, EdgeTrim, Custom Extrusions and more. If you can imagine it, we can create it.

Design Expertise

• Design for component performance and extrudability, as well as, part and tooling design.
• Experienced in-house tool and die engineering staff.
• Innovative prototyping using that latest SolidWorks and AutoCAD design sofware.

Equipment

• Extrusion lines: 8 production extrusion lines (2.5” - 4.5”), 1 prototype extrusion line and supporting auxiliary equipment.
• Injection molding: 40 active molds in production.
• Programming: ESPRIT 2002 EDM programming software.
• Consistent high resolution color matching maintained by our state-of-the-art digital GretagMcbeth Spectrophotometer.
